Congruence: The Founder’s Real Edge

Why alignment, not acceleration, separates the outliers.

A few weeks ago, I sat down with Jay Rongjie Wang of Primitiva Global for an episode of Swimming with Allocators. We spent an hour circling a word that hasn’t left my mind since: congruence.

It’s one of those ideas that sounds simple

until you try to live it.

Jay put it plainly:

“Lives have rhythms to them. When you work with that rhythm, rather than against it, you unlock flow. Whether I’m analyzing horoscopes or business models, I’m ultimately trying to understand congruence, how people’s internal truth aligns with what they create.”
